Screen printing

Screen printing is one of the oldest printing techniques, through it, you are able to create amazing and spectacular results. Our artisans are like starred chefs in the kitchen: they create colors, ink transmission techniques, as in the kitchen they create recipes, they produce prints. Increasingly attentive to green products, we have equipped ourselves with development tools and frames that belong to industry 4.0, and reduce the purification processes needed by up to 60%. Being highly flexible, we produce both orders for garments with a high quality content, and orders of large quantities with a highly competitive target. We also offer work account service, with prints on supports provided by the customer.

Industrial Embroidery

Our industrial embroidery has two machines with 12 heads, and one with 4 heads, to satisfy both the realisations of small runs, and those with large embroideries up to 120,000 points.

The flexibility of these machines allows us to be extremely competitive both on minimum quantities, and on large volumes.

Embroidery is a durable and precious customisation technique because it gives thickness to the garment on which it is made, its peculiarity is that you can have few garments with many colors and therefore make samples with minimum quantities being within limited budgets.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is a printing technique that has multiple advantages in itself, first of all the printing is not perceptible to the touch and the colors of the inks are completely integrated with the material of which they are composed. The costs, even if they are not the most contained, are excellent compared to the result that can be obtained, the images are of the highest quality, so much so that they are often compared to photographic quality. From photography you achieve the most beautiful products with a smart price, and over time the colors are durable, do not fade, and we have no limits to the colors that can be used, even in minimal quantities. Here too, Waltale can satisfy both high-quality product orders and large quantity orders with a highly competitive target.

Digital Printing

Through technological development today digital printing is a very valid, fast and economical technique, which maintains a quality of the highest level. Our digital printing centre has small and large format printers, which allow you to create graphics on stickers for vehicles, wallpaper, forex, on bonds, banners, wall banners, canvas sheets, roll up and back light, and roll-up signs, expanding the range of services for our customers. To prevent adhesive signs or customisations on cars from deteriorating over time, we apply a special foil that makes them durable over time.
